U-G-L-Y Is Just a Four-Letter Word
When you define beauty, your tendency is to think of the physical attributes and outward looks, looks that can be easily manipulated by plastic surgery, make up, hair color, and a number of physical factors that are bound to give false impressions of the real definition of external beauty. There are plenty of people around the world who physically look beautiful but every individual has their own preferences of what makes an individual truly beautiful. Even ugly women in the world can look beautiful with a touch of make up or plastic surgery, but does this mean she is representing the real essence of a woman's beauty? Physical beauty can be bought but the inner beauty is not so for this, UGLY is indeed just a four letter word.
What makes a woman beautiful is her self-esteem. Low self-esteem means you have no confidence over yourself and it helps mask your real beauty inside. Beauty can be definitive or subjective depending on the society you belong in. Women have long been the subject of this and due to media mainstream, beauty has been limited to personal looks and what is attractive to the opposite sex. However, this can be two-edged sword because a woman can be beautiful to one man but not to another. Building self-esteem means reinforcing your belief about your own capacity as a person and if you believe you are beautiful and you have the self-confidence to support that belief, you are already beautiful.
How to improve self-esteem depends on how you view yourself as a person. If living a good life means being physically beautiful, you need to redefine your perception about physical beauty. The ordinary female energy can be transformed into goddess energy if you have the self-confidence to back what you believe. If you accept as true that UGLY is just a four-letter word, you can help yourself become beautiful and altogether chance your view and sensitivity regarding physical good looks.
You need to start loving yourself more and quit worrying about your trivial little defects. More often than not, people become more attracted to self-confidence and oozing self-esteem for women and less on physical looks. Therefore, the next time you feel ugly about yourself, be proud and confident. Appreciate yourself as who you really are and whenever ugly thoughts come across your head; always remember that U-G-L-Y is just a four-letter word.
