So many of us go from day to day, task to task, and never find our true selves, and what would we do with this once it is found? Sound familiar.
On your journey through life the Truth is always there, life will tap us on the shoulder ever so lightly to gain our attention, sometimes if we have not been very attentive life will send us lessons to be learnt...
We may feel suffering, pain, grief, guilt.... these are all lessons in our journey towards the truth, the real you the Perfect you...
I can hear you saying "How do I get there" well life is but a journey, some of us will find the truth sooner than others, some may spend their entire living searching and yet never find themselves.
I can also tell you that you don't need to look very far to find the true you..
You - The Perfect You - The True You
Has been there the whole time.... We need to stop and look at ourselves from the inside, this is where you will find the truth....
In Paul Blackburns Book Beyond Success - hey states
"The biblical version 'as ye sow, so shall ye reap 'has lots of modern day versions like 'you get what you put out 'and 'what goes around comes around'. There are a couple of things to understand about the law of sowing and reaping. They are:
What you have put out will now always come back from the direction which you expect. It may sneak up on you from somewhere else, but it will definitely turn up.
It doesn't come back in the same volume as you give forth, it will be multiplied. Even the literal version is huge."
Now would be a great time to reflect and see what are you sowing and reaping, Is this your ideal world, is this the True YOU!!!]
Let's start with our thoughts, thoughts are pulsing energy, If what we send out is multiplied when returned, are we sending out positive or negative thoughts?
Check in with yourself at least three times a day, to see what thoughts you are sending out.
Next is our emotions, how are you feeling, are you being triggered by someone else's actions?
What is going on for you in your body? Are you feeling pain somewhere?
Our Emotions are purely Energy in Motion, if we are having problems we possibly are storing this emotion and not allowing it to pass.
Unfortunately society has painted a picture for males and females, it is quite ok for females to be sad, however not cool to be angry.
Yet the men, it is not cache to cry in public, but somehow we accept that it is ok to see men get angry.
Fear for example may be found in the stomach and your body will shake.
Abandonment - which is really Sadness and Fear will show up in the chest and lung regions, one may suffer from something like asthma.
Anger will show up in Kidneys, jaws, fist and forehead.
We should all be happy, Sad and Angry; Anger is even a natural emotion ( However Anger is expressed in a safe environment, where no one else can be harmed. Please contact me if you would like more information on Anger Management techniques.)
The next step is our Breath, the Breath of life, are we breathing, If you feel upset or angry, try breathing through this experience, monitor which part of your body if feeling or having a sensation and look at what you are thinking....
This is the start of finding out the true you....
Some might say "That's ok" if I am now relaxed, allowing my emotions to flow, and thinking positive thoughts what next.... I would then have to say, it is time to work out your values and beliefs, look at where you want to be and what do you wish to achieve in this lifetime, we are not in a dress rehearsal, this is real.... make the most of every day :
