I have returned today, from the Beyond Success seminar, Insights to Your Higher Self, a one day function which was held at the Bayview Boullevard on William Street, I took my daughter AMie, and not only did we get a chance to catch up on some precious girl time, she enjoyed the seminar also.

We looked at ways to stay connected, to be reconnected to who we already knew we were. Using different tools and techniques; we did the walking meditation which was fantastic, and a number of other techniques; I think the most important learning that I received was to trust myself, trust what I feel about a situation and trust that my wisdom is all that I need, We often as individuals spend a great deal of time gathering other peoples knowledge and wisdom; and I am not saying for one minute that we should stop doing this, I have learnt though, that my Gut (for the terms it is intended) has never let me down....

So trust your instincts, stop and smell the roses.... and stay in touch with the real you.
