Seems rather simple.
Taking control of our thoughts and not letting your thoughts control you...
The Grand Fallacy - from the book the Answer

The correct answer is "Six" That's right: All six frogs are still sitting on the lily pad. Why? Because one only decided to jump off - he didn't actually do any jumping."
Confused, well here is the Fallacy; we think that all our wonderful conscious brain function controls what we do.... But the conscious brain doesn't, We only use 10% of the Conscious Brain, then 50% - 60% of the Subconscious and the balance we are using the Un Conscious part of our Brain.
It Stands to reason what we think is going on really isn't... We all have a program, that was installed many years ago from our beloved parents... Understanding our programs, identifying them and reprogramming is where we can start... Only if you choose too... some of our programs we may not even recognise as a program.
Taking control of your thoughts is not that difficult; however it can make us feel uncomfortable, it is in this stage of being uncomfortable that we can only grow - we have all experienced the ongoing chatter within our conscious minds... It may feel as if there are two of you in existence, one the observer and the other the person or human.
The first step is to observe what is going on in the mind... When you find yourself thinking negative, self sabotaging thoughts... Us e a simple technique ask yourself "Who Does that belong too" and let it go... When we hold onto the thought we give it substance, and this is the opposite of what we are trying to achieve. Let it go...
Be the observer and put positive thoughts into your mind...
Meditation and Affirmations are a great place to start.
Meditations will still your thoughts and your mind will ultimately with practice become quiet. Spend at least 10 minutes a day to begin with. There are many techniques in meditation and groups available in Cairns.
Affirmations are a great way to re program our old beliefs or old patterns...
Using Affirmations are the basis of starting to reprogram our limiting or old patterns put them anywhere and everywhere, make sure that your affirmation is in the present tense though..e.g.
I Choose now to aspire to the greatest things in life.
I Choose to feel successful and attract unlimited abundance into my life NOW!!!!
Read and Say your affirmations and goals every chance you have and most importantly FEEL them.... it is from the subconscious brain that we send out our thought bubbles, or signals, and the subconscious brain works in the language of pictures and feelings...
When are putting your affirmations on a Goal Board, make them visual also... and when you are reading them, feel the emotion in every part of your body.. The subconscious will not know what is real or unreal... and will start to send out the signal. This is the Law of Attraction.
A little on the Emotions.... be the observer in your body, take notice of what is happening and what you are feeling... If you are feeling sad, don't claim ownership as the emotion is just energy in motion, maybe you could look at sadness and say "I am just doing sadness right now." Then allow the emotion to be released...
"A thought prolonged, creates a mood, a mood prolonged, creates a belief."
It is easier than you think to "Have it All" and Yes you can!
Be the observer, in your thoughts and feelings, Notice what actually is going on within you, Take Control, and look at reprogramming those limiting beliefs and old programs. Enjoy every moment of everyday by becoming Mindful.
Bliss is just a thought away...
