    Setting Your Goals
    The first step in setting personal goals is to consider what you want to achieve in your lifetime. Establishing your 'big picture' will shape all other aspects of your life, and ensure you are setting the right short-term goals.

    There are many ways of setting goals. To gain a broad, balanced view of your goals. Imagine your life divided into four quadrants: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Decide what goals you'd like to achieve during your lifetime to ensure you feel fulfilled in that area of your life.

    For example, physical goals can be health and fitness related, but also include financial or material goals.

    Mental goals might include higher education, career advancement or knowledge accumulation. It might also involve changing your mindset, improving your attitude or adjusting your behaviour.

    Emotional goals might relate to family relationships, your connection with your partner, the parent you want to be or simply how you want to feel as you tackle the ups and downs of life.

    Spiritual goals might include your religious convictions, your connection with the earth, how often you'd like to meditate or practice an activity which ensures you feel centred (like gardening, painting or bushwalking, for example). You might also like to include how you wish to make the world a better place through your existence.

    The key is breaking down your life into manageable goals.

    An Introduction to Life Management
    "Life Management" means more than having a carefully co-ordinated schedule. Life Management means taking an "inside-out" approach to your life - starting first with yourself. Rather than reacting to outside events, hoping circumstances or time constraints will improve, or expecting others to change, managing your life effectively involves examining your own belief systems, your character and your motives and fashioning a set of principles or guidelines - an inner compass - that reflect your values and consistently points you in the right direction.

    An Introduction to Time Management

    Despite all your best efforts with To Do Lists, Action Plans, prioritisation, calendars, state-of-the-art diaries and up-to-the minute timetables, do you find yourself saying that there are "never enough hours in the day"?

    Once you've acknowledged that your emphasis should be on the important things in life, rather than the urgent, you're ready to learn the time management techniques to help you put your new paradigm into practice. We can help you

    ü Discover how much your time is worth;
