For anybody who may be considering some life coaching, I would highly recommend Leanne as a coach, a mentor, friend, & perhaps one day a colleague.
Leanne is highly encouraging & motivating, and is very resourceful in finding tools to help in any situation that might call for it. The support was definitely more than adequate, with ongoing feedback and while would give suggestions when necessary, she was very good at encouraging me to figure it out myself & persuaded me to use the tools given for my own progress. Leanne's flexibility and desire to work with & help me was very obvious and her enthusiasm and passion is also very evident.
I certainly feel empowered and grateful for spending time doing this coaching, and I am excited that I now have the tools that will help me in the future.
I definitely encourage anybody willing to invest in themselves and their wellbeing, to see what potential they can achieve in all areas of their life, then Leanne can help you succeed!

"During the time that I worked with Leanne, I found her to be the consumate professional, while at the same time maintaining an easygoing and approachable manner. Despite the tyranny of distance, I managed to speak to Leanne on a regular basis, with the meetings organised by Leanne at a time that suited me. Never once during our working relationship did Leanne fail to send me a reminder about our meeting, nor was she ever late for one. On one occasion, due to other commitments, we had to re-schedule, but Leanne advised me several days ahead about why and we organised an alternate time.
During the sessions with Leanne, she was at the same time not only a good listener, but also had to ability to 'extract' information which often clarified things in my mind. In our discussions about issues that I was having, Leanne was able to provide suggestions about how I might address them and encouraged me to be positive and practice the methods that we had discussed. In subsequent meetings, she asked how particular issues were going and if I needed any further assistance in dealing with them.
In terms of the meeting structures, before each meeting, Leanne sent me a document which provided issues that I wanted to discuss, as well as general information about things happening in my life. Following meetings, Leanne sent me a summary of our discussion, as well as the list of 'Action Items' for me to carry out. In the following meetings, she would ask how the items had gone.

I didn't know what to expect from a Life Coach when Leanne Peard and I first started working together. I just knew that I needed someone to talk to and work out what I was doing with my life. Everyday for me seemed like more and more effort and less and less joy.
Now, at the end of my coaching, I feel blessed to have had Leanne as my coach. I can now look to the future and see that my life can be more than just working hard. I have choices about how I spend my time and it is going to be part work and more play.
Thank you Leanne for all of your encouragement. You managed to be firm when getting me to take action but never came across as overbearing. How you managed to balance such a fine line is beyond me. You have been so supportive.

I began my life coaching sessions with Leanne at what could be argued both as the worst and best possible time of my life. Six months before my coaching began I had purchased a new business, in a completely different industry to what I was used to, and within that time had doubled the business infrastructure by combining with another associated industry, also completely new to me.
I was concerned that the pressures of a new business and the timing of my coaching sessions (right in the middle of the busiest part of the retail year) would mean that the coaching was not as valuable to me as it could have been at another time; but that couldn't have been further from the truth. Leanne was able to focus me on the important things, take me away from the immediate pressures of the job, and concentrate on the larger umbrella-issues that incorporated both my work and personal life. Although easy-going, Leanne was also persistent with what she could see were important issues, and challenged me on several occasions, sometimes about the same thing, until the message got through.
Leanne's ability to hear as well as listen was of huge benefit to me, and will be to anyone who is fortunate enough to take the journey with her as a life coach. There were occasions when she was able to pick up both the said and unsaid, when I was not even aware of it. Just talking to her helped to clarify some things in my mind as I was saying them. An important part of the coaching process was meeting Leanne face to face before the phone coaching commenced. We had an immediate connection at the time of our meeting, and I felt we were on the same wavelength with so many things. This helped enormously with the trust that I had in her as the months went by.
I find I am now able to dissociate myself from the clutter of my life, concentrating on the good things instead of only the negative, and putting into perspective the minutiae of my life. With Leanne's help I was able to identify my personality type, and understand some of the rationale behind some of my thinking. This was also of huge benefit to me in understanding how others perceive me, a powerful life tool. I was very well supported during the coaching period, and Leanne shared with me some of her own experiences as they were relevant. She was always punctual, and very understanding when I had last-minute changes closer to our calls.
Leanne's help and guidance during our coaching has been invaluable; I have strategies that we have worked on together to help me bring my world into balance, and a different perspective on how to achieve the life I aspire to. I have no hesitation in recommending Leanne as a life coach and mentor.

I want to thank you for helping me to reclaim my life. I am 55 years of age and had no idea of who I really am and what I wanted from life-only knew at my age I needed to find ME and to stop flitting from one thing to the other, never feeling really happy and satisfied. I have 5 children, 6 grandchildren and have been a stay at home mother for 27 years and guess I just got lost along the way.
After attending Karma House for about the last 8 weeks and having discussions on many varied subjects such as our personalities, out position on the wheel of life, guilt, relationships, joy, happiness, goal setting, I began to find direction and also ME. I had a few light bulb moments and started setting goal-having completed one and working on the next-. I also learnt to meditate which helped alot to declutter my head and realize some of those thoughts were not mine and reject them. The discussion we had on what we would like friends and family to say at our funeral really struck home. I knew then that what I wanted was to live and be peaceful and be a happy person and really enjoy my time with my grandchildren that I looked after. How does it get any better than this?
I truly believe that I am at one with myself and even though I will still need to check in from time to time with myself- I am finally ME!!

Life coaching with Leanne has certainly been the driver my life needed to find clarity, balance, resolve and success. When I started with Leanne, I was unsure of which direction my life was taking me both personally and professionally. I lacked clarity and was unable to take control or identify which decisions were best for me. Leanne has taught me the techniques to identify what I really wanted and helped me plan the actions required to successfully reach my goals. Today I see and feel myself as a well oiled, well adjusted , well kept grandfather clock who serves the purpose of operating to the best of my ability to keep good time, chiming on the hour, with pendulum swinging evenly, keeping myself humming along nicely just as I was meant to be; and serving others in the process. My cogs are interlocking and in tune with each other, keeping the hands and pendulum in time. My frame is sturdy and made from beautiful timber. My cogs are regularly oiled, timber art work polished, and my musical notes are joyous, in time and keep me happy. I have what I need to keep myself in prime condition. My weights are balanced and work harmoniously to keep the momentum going.
My mind is like the many cogs at the hub of the clock, each interdependent on the others for perfect harmony. The regular ticking is my heartbeat, keeping time without really noticing the passage of time. The cogs are shaped with perfection and the clock programmed to keep perfect time. The cogs represent the many parts which make up the sum of who I am…. Love, peace, harmony, calmness, joy… interlocked with intuition, trust, focus, clarity, emotions and feelings. I am inter-dependent on family and friends with the time and reliability that I provide. The beautiful timber represents my love of nature, the carvings my love of making art & crafts, and the chiming is the music I love to play. The glass allows me to see the world in all its glory. I look lovingly at the children who gather around me, watching and waiting for me to chime for them. I stand tall, and proud of who I am.
However the cogs are hidden away behind the face of my clock. No-one can see when some of the cogs are a little worn or a little rough on the edges, or in need of some oil. The only outward signs may have been that the hands were a little out of time each day. Some of the cogs needed to be repaired by a specialist clockmaker as they had become a little jagged on the edges by anger, grief, fear of disappointing others and fear that trying really hard might mean losing focus and control. Some people may have even been cross with me because my poor timing made them late, but I didn't do it on purpose and felt very sorry, hurt and disappointed. I wanted to please everyone and make them happy. As a clock I wanted to present myself in my best light, to feel proud of who I was and to have others look up to me as a good dependable example. I tried hard every day to fix my cogs myself.
Just like the clock needing a specialist, I too recognized that I needed some guidance. When I first met you, Leanne, (Absolute Wisdom at a BNI breakfast), I recognized an open door with a helping hand and the kind face of a beautiful and inspiring person who was to become my insightful mentor and friend. You looked behind my face and saw the cogs that needed assistance, provided the right units at the opportune time and gave personal guidance over coffee to have thoughts and emotions working harmoniously again. You introduced me to the Mental Tool Box and the mentors from Beyond Success through an invitation to attend the most worthwhile 3 days of my life. I was shown how to use the tools given to re-program and keep my cogs operating smoothly, my frame in good shape and all the workings in great harmony.
I have given myself permission to heal myself and to continue on my journey of being who I was born to be by using the tools every day. I will not allow my cogs to move out of whack again. I feel love flowing through me and I am in a joyous place enjoying the journey I am on. My life's journey has not been without grievances, but those memories have become an open heart filled with luminous light, a special kind of intangible energy and so much love. I feel that energy flowing in and out all the time.
Leanne… you have inspired me and provided me with the richest treasure imaginable… the power to live my life making the choices that I know are right for me. I end each day with a written plan for tomorrow, relaxation and meditation, and a good night's sleep. I awake with renewed energy and start my day being thankful and grateful for the choices I have made in my life (including you). I make the most of the "power of now" every day and that guarantees that I will look back on my yesterdays with a smile and look forward to my tomorrows with a full bottomless glass. I know you are only a phone call away….
